The Turkish food you will come to love is carefully hand crafted by our experienced Chefs and their culinary teams. Today many of our staff actually have Turkish backgrounds – but that’s not what defines our food. At Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine, we labor each and every day using only Halal meats which are fresh, never frozen. The freshest vegetables, and most authentic Mediterranean ingredients, many of which we import directly from Turkey, are used in our dips, salads, and side plates.
SITTING
Bosphorous is the original Turkish Restaurant in Central Florida opening in 2004. Today we have locations in Winter Park, Winter Garden, Dr. Phillips, and Lake Nona! At each Bosphorous location around Orlando you will find yourself surrounded by authentic Mediterranean pottery, silk carpets, handmade glassware, and decor with warm, vibrant tones.

Our focus is Anatolian cuisine – we have a wonderful variety of fresh salads, hand carved Halal meats, made to order breads and pides. We offer Turkish Cuisine at its finest, exquisitely prepared and served in a warm authentic Turkish atmosphere. If you don't have time to dine in, you can also order online and get your Turkish food to go! Vegetarian and Gluten Free menu options are plentiful as well!
SERVICE
We like to say we’re “polished casual.” As owners we’re far from “stuffy,” but you will be treated to some of the best servers in the business. Hand pulled crystal stemware, quality plate ware and utensils. We know how hard it can be to find great food and service in Orlando, so at Bosphorous we strive to change that!
