LAKE NONA, WINTER PARK
o Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the core values of Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine.
o Set tables with clean linens (where necessary), plateware, and silverware.
o Clear tables after guests, wipe and sanitize tables and seats utilizing dampened sanitized towels
o Ensure floor area is swept and clear of all debris at all times
o At times remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course.
o Locate items requested by guests.
o Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
o Take soiled tableware to the designated area, and unload, sort and stack silverware, dishes, and glassware for cleaning.
o Clean and stock all areas in the FOH to maintain a constant state of readiness
o Carry food, dishes, trays, or silverware from kitchens or supply areas to serving counters.
o Remove trash generated in the FOH throughout the entire shift
o Periodically assist service staff in food delivery and / or beverages
o Always recognize and show gratitude to all guests when leaving.
o Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
o Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of the restaurant, and mop or vacuum floors as needed.
o Fill water/tea pitchers in dining room throughout service
o Communicate with server and host or hostess to expedite efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
o Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to the server as needed.
o Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
o Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement.
o Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests’ needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
o Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
o Assist with putting away food, beverage, or paper goods deliveries.
o Always strictly adhere to all of the items on this job description including safety measures such as back braces, broken glass buckets, etc.
o Standing/Walking up to 8 hours continuously
o Lifting up to 50 lbs alone, and up to 80 lbs as a team for long periods of time
Multiple Locations - (Dr Phillips, Winter Garden)
We are looking for skilled and talented SERVERS to join us at our Lake Nona and Dr Phillips locations -
previous experience in similar high end, high volume bar / lounge / restaurant environment is preferred.
Candidates should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver Bosphorous's unique product and standard of customer service. previous cocktail knowledge is essential. attention to detail, the ability to work well in a team, and the drive to provide outstanding service is essential.
WINTER PARK COMMISSARY
We are seeking a skilled butcher for our commissary team. Strong line or prep experience is preferred. Our central kitchen prepares raw and cooked product for our 4 restaurants and delivers 3 times per week. We process, lamb, beef, and chicken, as well as several vegetable and dairy based dips and sauce. Strong knife skills and previous relevant kitchen experience required. Must be able to lift regularly and stand for the majority of the shift.
